CVI CHE 105 Coral Gables, located in the vibrant city of Miami, is the result of a detailed and elaborate design process aimed at creating a comprehensive and immersive experience around the product and the brand. Situated in an evolving area of Miami, it not only stands as an award-winning design icon but also serves as an anchor for the area’s tourism and commercial development. This ceviche-focused restaurant was founded over a decade ago by renowned Peruvian chef Juan Chipoco.
Focusing on excellence, quality, and customer service, CVI CHE 105 tasked us with developing a new design concept for its restaurants.
During the first months of 2023, we dedicated ourselves to conceiving a unique concept that could be replicated in various locations, both locally and globally.
Inspired by the idea of a temple where gold, vibrant colors, and intricate details take center stage, and referencing how Latin American indigenous cultures spread through populations, we created a design that merges rich cultural traditions with the modernity and avant-garde spirit of a cosmopolitan city like Miami.
CVI CHE 105 Coral Gables is designed to be experienced in multiple ways, with each detail carefully selected to create a balanced and harmonious atmosphere.
The restaurant features an impressive bar, ideal for enjoying a night out; a spacious lounge perfect for sharing an exquisite meal with family; a central area surrounded by reflections designed for special moments; and a terrace that invites guests to enjoy Miami’s warm nights.
Moreover, every corner of the restaurant is conceived to evoke a sense of wonder and discovery, inviting diners to explore and savor the rich cultural and gastronomic offerings.
Being in charge of this project from start to finish allowed us to oversee everything from design to furniture production, paying attention to every detail and always seeking the best solution to the challenges presented by a project of this magnitude.
Our production workshop continually provides us with the opportunity to explore and achieve new shapes, textures, and processes that make a difference in all our projects.
