Smart Design: The New Space That Enhances Productivity

Valoriza, a company dedicated to construction and real estate project management, took on a new challenge: designing its own headquarters.

The chosen location was the top floor of a shopping center, a spacious area with a gabled ceiling, balconies, and large windows that allowed abundant natural light to flood in.

The goal was to create an open and flexible work environment, in touch with nature, while respecting the building’s architecture. The proposal, developed by Plasma, featured an industrial style infused with warmth and color.

“Good interior design significantly influences customer satisfaction, which translates into positive reviews and returning guests”

At the center of the space would be a tree, which would not only bring life but also serve as a landmark, dividing the office into different areas.

To highlight the tree, an opening was made in the ceiling, allowing natural light to illuminate it throughout the day. The tree was planted in an antique metal pot, reinforcing the industrial style and creating the impression that it had always been there.

The chosen materials—wood, concrete, and plants—helped create a natural atmosphere, while accent colors of yellow and red added vitality to the space in a harmonious way.

This new workspace not only enhanced the aesthetic of the area but also improved the work environment.

Employees found in these offices a place where they felt more connected to the company and their colleagues, increasing their sense of belonging. Many who previously preferred to work from home now felt a greater desire to come into the office.

As a result, the team’s productivity and efficiency also improved significantly due to a more comfortable and motivating environment.

Thus, the new offices of Valoriza not only reflect modernity and innovation but also a connection to nature and respect for the surroundings, generating a positive impact both on work and on the people within it.
