CVICHE 105 – Coral Gables

Transforming the Culinary Experience: How Design Drives Sales in Miami.

Located in dynamic Miami, CVI CHE 105 Coral Gables is a project that goes beyond design, aiming to create an immersive brand experience. Recognized as a design icon in the city, this restaurant, founded by renowned Peruvian chef Juan Chipoco, has become a key anchor for the area’s commercial and tourism development.

Ideas de restaurante para Miami

In 2022, we were contacted by Jastor, one of Florida’s top branding agencies. They were handling the new CVI CHE 105 brand identity and invited Plasma + Nodo to lead the new interior space concept. Our team at Plasma came up with a design proposal inspired by rich Latin American cultural heritage. Using the idea of a temple where gold, vibrant colors, and meticulous details are the focus, we blended tradition with the modern vibe of a cosmopolitan city.

The result is a space that can be experienced in many ways, where Jastor’s brand development and Plasma’s interior design worked together to create a one-of-a-kind spot in Miami.

From an impressive bar perfect for a night out, to a spacious lounge for family meals, or a terrace that invites guests to enjoy Miami’s warm nights, every detail was carefully chosen to create a balanced and harmonious experience.

By handling the project from start to finish, the synergy between Plasma’s design and our production workshop (Nodo) was crucial. This approach allows us to explore new forms, textures, and processes that make a difference in our custom furniture, ensuring total control over quality and detail.

“Good interior design significantly influences customer satisfaction, which translates into positive reviews and returning guests”

This project is a testament to our ability to turn concepts into tangible realities, managing the entire process from initial idea to final installation.

Moreover, every corner of the restaurant is conceived to evoke a sense of wonder and discovery, inviting diners to explore and savor the rich cultural and gastronomic offerings.

Being in charge of this project from start to finish allowed us to oversee everything from design to furniture production, paying attention to every detail and always seeking the best solution to the challenges presented by a project of this magnitude.

Our production workshop continually provides us with the opportunity to explore and achieve new shapes, textures, and processes that make a difference in all our projects.
