For the El Corral Gourmet project at El Tesoro, Plasma Nodo designed a space that elevates the brand experience. The goal was to create a more sophisticated and welcoming atmosphere — a modern bistro-like setting where guests could enjoy a relaxed meal while taking in the city views.

The restaurant’s warmth is achieved through its material palette. The standout feature is the wooden slatted ceiling, which spans the entire space and gives it a strong visual identity. This element pairs beautifully with the brown leather seating and black metal structures, creating a look that feels both classic and contemporary.

The layout is carefully zoned to make the restaurant more intimate. A large central metal structure, adorned with plants and soft lighting, frames the booth area and gives it a cozy sense of enclosure. Around it, a variety of tables and seating arrangements cater to different types of groups and visits.
The result is a restaurant that feels elegant without being pretentious, perfect for both a casual lunch or a special dinner. With this design, Plasma Nodo successfully redefined the Gourmet brand, creating a memorable space that invites guests to stay and enjoy.

The wooden ceiling is the project’s most defining design element. Its repetitive pattern not only adds visual rhythm but also makes the large, open space feel warmer and more comfortable.

Lighting plays a fundamental role in setting the mood. A combination of soft round pendant lights and focused spotlights creates a pleasant, subdued atmosphere that works well at any time of day.
The facade, featuring arched forms and ribbed glass panels, sets the tone from the outside. These details signal to guests that they’re entering a more refined, design-forward version of El Corral.

The design also makes full use of the site’s panoramic views. Large windows become an integral part of the experience, offering a dynamic, urban backdrop that enhances every visit.
