Sushi By Us

For the second Sushi By Us location, VEHO invited us to develop an interior architecture concept that would support the quality of its culinary offering. Located in Delray Beach, Florida, the restaurant continues a story that began in New Orleans, bringing together specialist cooking and ingredients sourced from different parts of the world.

We worked on the interior architecture and furniture for the 220 m² space. Lighting, reflections and contrasts between dark tones, blues and reds create an enveloping atmosphere. Different seating arrangements allow the experience to shift between the bar and the tables while remaining connected to the space as a whole.

The project was developed under the overall direction of VEHO and JASTOR, which also led brand strategy and identity. At PLASMA, our role was to give spatial form to that conversation between food, brand and experience.
