A restaurant in Laureles where two levels and a terrace accommodate the kitchen, service counter, delivery orders and dining spaces.
As part of its expansion in Medellín, Bacu commissioned us to design its restaurant in Laureles. The premises have an approximately 70 m² footprint across two levels, with an outdoor terrace alongside the neighbouring hotel's façade.
The project starts with a practical need: allowing different operations to share a compact space. The kitchen and technical areas occupy the lower level. Upstairs are the service counter, restroom, delivery collection area and customer seating. Through interior architecture and furniture design, we worked on the relationship between these uses and how people move through the restaurant.
