A renovation that expands the iconic CVI.CHE 105 experience, taking its vision to a new level in the vibrant heart of South Beach.

In the dynamic setting of South Beach, CVICHE 105 embarked on a challenge: to renovate and expand its existing space to redefine the Peruvian culinary experience. PlasmaNodo took on this project with the mission to extend and deepen the acclaimed design concept already established in Coral Gables: the creation of a “culinary temple.” Inspired by rich Latin American indigenous cultures and the way gold, vibrant colors, and intricate details spread, the goal was to fuse this profound tradition with Miami’s modernity and avant-garde spirit.
Our intervention focused on a comprehensive renovation and expansion, designing a space that would not only maintain the essence of the original concept but also elevate it. Every corner was conceived to evoke a sense of wonder and discovery, where cultural richness meets cosmopolitan sophistication.
PlasmaNodo’s vision spanned from spatial distribution to the production of each piece of furniture, utilizing our workshop to explore new shapes, textures, and processes that would enrich the diner’s experience.

The design of the new CVICHE 105 South Beach incorporates the distinctive elements that make each location iconic. Clearly defined zones were created for different moments: an impressive bar for a vibrant night out, a spacious lounge ideal for family gatherings, and a central area with reflections and artistic details designed for special moments. Additionally, a terrace was enhanced, allowing diners to enjoy Miami’s warm nights, seamlessly integrating the exterior with the restaurant’s interior atmosphere. Every detail was carefully selected and executed to ensure a balanced and harmonious environment.

The result is a transformation that goes beyond aesthetics; it’s an evolution of the CVICHE 105 experience. The new South Beach space not only boosts sales but, as customer reviews demonstrate, exceptional interior design directly influences satisfaction, generating positive feedback and a high return rate. PlasmaNodo ensured this renovation and expansion not only adapted the concept to the unique energy of South Beach but also broadened it, solidifying CVICHE 105 as a culinary and design landmark in one of Miami’s most iconic destinations.
