VALENTINA BAKERY

A bakery shaped by the encounter between New York character, French delicacy and Medellín’s tropical warmth. The space unfolds through intimate micro-environments, combining rustic brick, indirect lighting, mouldings, soft tones, golden accents and a checkerboard floor.
VALENTINA BAKERY combines the familiarity of a New York bakery, the delicacy of a French pâtisserie and the tropical character of Medellín. The project is organized as a sequence of micro-environments that create different moments within a compact commercial space.
A rustic brick counter, indirect lighting, moldings, light colors, golden accents and a checkerboard floor establish the material character of the bakery. Vegetation and suspended elements introduce a softer tropical layer. PLASMA developed the interior design and architecture, while NODO executed its production and construction.
