The Butter Club (TBC)

The Butter Club is a cooking school for small-group learning, created by Valentina Reyes, owner of Valentina Bakery. It brings the precision of a working kitchen together with the intimacy of a shared table.
Preparation surfaces and furniture shape the exchange between instructors and participants. Brick, timber and openly displayed equipment give the learning environment a familiar character, while natural light connects the interior to its surroundings. The interior architecture supports an experience centred on cooking, observing and sharing.
