For Sarku Japan, we developed an interior architecture and furniture concept for a new brand format in Colombia. The project establishes a recognisable identity that can adapt to different premises.

Wood, red accents and dark surfaces give the space its character. Lighting and furniture help distinguish seating and service areas, keeping a clear connection between the brand’s identity and the dining experience.

The images bring together different applications of the format. PLASMA was responsible for the interior architecture and furniture design.
