Mutz was a small, 60 m² restaurant in Medellín, developed for 3 Sibaritas. Its compact scale led us to consider every surface as part of the experience.
Mutz was a small, 60 m² restaurant in Medellín, developed for 3 Sibaritas. Its compact scale led us to consider every surface as part of the experience.
The oven, counter and signs make the activity of the restaurant visible. Red, brick and warm lighting create a direct identity, recognisable from the street and carried through the interior details.
PLASMA developed the interior architecture and furniture; NODO handled production and installation.
