A spatial optimization exercise driven by commercial operation. A broken diagonal service line transforms the limitations of the site into a fluid customer journey, extending the display area while introducing tension and movement into the space.
LA MIGUERÍA is an exercise in spatial optimization where architecture responds directly to commercial operation. The project is organized around a decisive gesture: a broken diagonal service line that transforms the limitations of the existing space into its strongest spatial feature.
The diagonal accommodates self-ordering points and an extensive display system while creating a fluid circulation path through the project. Perimeter seating, the terrace and garden extend the experience beyond the service line, while wood and vegetation soften its geometry. PLASMA developed the interior design and architecture, while NODO executed its production and construction.
