Harissa

Harissa is an Arab and Mediterranean restaurant connected to one of its owners’ family heritage. The commission began with a renewed interior architecture concept.

We worked on two locations, first in Barranquilla and later in Cartagena. The proposals connect tables, bars and terraces through timber, fibres, planting and the changing light between indoor and open-air spaces.

PLASMA developed the interior architecture and furniture design, giving the brand concept continuity across the locations.
