A restaurant that forms part of PLASMA's interior architecture concept for Frisby: an approach designed to adapt to different formats and locations across Colombia.
Our collaboration with Frisby spans several years. PLASMA created the interior architecture concept that the brand has applied to hundreds of restaurants in different formats across Colombia. This project in Bogotá is part of that work.
Designing for a chain means thinking beyond a single location. Interior architecture and furniture need to maintain a recognisable identity while responding to different spaces and conditions. This relationship between continuity and adaptation guides our collaboration, which now includes the evolution of the concept and the development of a new interior architecture manual.
