A spatial identity designed to adapt to different formats. The Av. 104 restaurant forms part of the interior architecture concept developed by PLASMA for Frisby through a collaboration spanning several years.
Colour organises the space and gives its different areas a recognisable character. Benches, tables and counters offer a choice of seating, while partitions and planting define distinct areas without separating them from the whole. Interior architecture and furniture design support an everyday experience of service and gathering, conceived for use across other restaurants in the chain.
