El Corral Gourmet
Medellín, Colombia
The restaurant at El Tesoro was the starting point for a renewed spatial concept for El Corral Gourmet. PLASMA developed the interior and furniture design for ACO, part of Grupo Nutresa, with an approach that could be adapted to other locations.
The bar, tables and banquette seating create different ways to gather. Pendant lighting and planting accompany the route through the restaurant, while the furniture and ceiling treatment give the dining room continuity.
The project establishes a recognisable identity that can work beyond a single layout. Furniture design and the relationship between service and seating areas form part of this system, later adapted to other cities in Colombia.
