CVI.CHE 105 Boca Raton explores a new chapter for the brand founded by Peruvian chef Juan Chipoco. Under the overall direction of the client + JASTOR, PLASMA developed the interior architecture and furniture design, with production and installation by NODO.

Gold-toned surfaces, colour, planting and reflections come together in a contemporary interpretation of imagery from Latin America’s Indigenous cultures. An installation of multicoloured lines spans the dining room, contrasting with the rhythm of the furniture and the suspended elements above the bar.

The bar, main dining room and terrace offer different ways to gather within a shared narrative. Close attention to detail connects the scale of the whole with the experience at each table: materials, light and figurative pieces create an immersive, distinctive atmosphere.
